1. Services Provided

Techlohub provides digital marketing, custom website design, Shopify development, WordPress engineering, SEO optimization, graphic design, and video editing services. Scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual project proposals and client agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all contracted invoices, the final delivered website, custom graphics, and code created specifically for the client become the property of the client, excluding third-party open-source libraries, plugins, or frameworks which remain under their respective licenses.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand assets, content, access credentials, and timely feedback required to meet agreed milestones. Techlohub is not responsible for project delays caused by unresponsive communication or withheld assets.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Project retainers or milestone deposits are required prior to project kickoff. Invoices are payable according to agreed terms. Failure to settle invoices may result in temporary suspension of active services or deployment delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

Techlohub makes every effort to ensure the highest standards of security, speed, and reliability. However, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting downtime, platform API changes (e.g. Shopify, Google, Meta), or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
